时尚管理就是对服装、珠宝、造型等行业的市场运营、销售、管理。具体来说，包括服装的创意设计、加工处理和制造、珠宝装饰物和珠宝的造型以及加工设计处理，发型/造型（与化妆所不同的是，它更强调作为独特存在本身的心理与生理上的个体设计）。

时尚涵盖的范围非常广泛，主要有三个层次

l核心层：对人体进行装饰和美化的个人时尚用品，包括时装、鞋帽、皮具、服饰配品、美容美发，乃至珠宝首饰等。

l扩展层：对人在生活所处的小环境进行装饰和美化的家居时尚用品，包括家居用具，家居装潢，家具寝具等。

课程设置：

主要是关于时尚品牌的整体风格策划，运营推广，营销策划，财务预算等方面的内容，会从客户的心理角度去分析他们对于时尚的潮流适配度。围绕时尚品牌展开的两个方面：第一个是发现现有品牌的问题，研究和分析解决。第二是通过对某个时尚品牌的研究，继而制定品牌在未来一段时间的发展战略。
